Safe Harbours Driving School is an ICBC licensed driving school operating in the Cowichan Valley on Vancouver Island! It is our goal to provide safe and responsible driver training, teaching you the skills you need navigate our scenic winding highways and busy city streets. Our in car lessons always begin with ‘Basics’, starts and stops, intersections, and simplified parking skills. And for those who need a little more space and time, we offer discounts for larger packages.
