Ingrid Vaughan has spent her career working with and for small businesses, and in the last 10 years, in an HR management capacity. Smart HR has two client service areas:

HR Services - a manageable, customized approach to HR tasks to assist business owners with creating peace of mind around the most common elements of small business HR.

Leadership Development - after acquiring her Masters in Leadership, Ingrid launched a cohort-based business Leadership Academy geared towards developing and honing leadership and people-management skills.
