Living Well Dying Well - A Day at the Cemetery

A day of reflection on after-death care, a cemetery stroll, & collaborating as wisdom keepers in living + dying! In collaboration with Mountain View Cemetery (Vancouver), we invite you to join us in exploring deeper aspects of our Living Well Dying Well Program. The day involves shared somatic-based practices of awareness into "nature as our nature" and why it matters what our choices for after-death care are, for the earth and all of creation! Exploring conscious end-of-life, we will inquire into known and unknown after death care practices and ceremony. An invitation to deepen, strengthen and grow ourselves into wisdom cultivators and keepers by becoming participants in shapeshifting outdated practices of care in dying and death. Take a stroll in the cemetery, connect with others and begin or review current end-of-life plans.
