Advance Care Planning Workshop

Cowichan Hospice invites the public to an Advance Care Planning workshop. This free two-part workshop will take place via Zoom. Advance Care Planning is a process of reflecting on your own values and wishes and communicating them. It’s a time to let others know your future health and care preferences- in case someday you are not capable of making decisions yourself. Materials will be provided in advance.
