SUMMARY:Steelhead LNG Presents at Chamber Luncheon - Jan. 28/16
DESCRIPTION:Regrettably\, registrations are now closed for this event. Consider attending the next Chamber Luncheon on Feb. 18\, with Mike Corrigan of BC Ferries presenting.\n\n\n\nSteelhead LNG is driving two LNG projects on Vancouver Island:\n\n\n\n1. Malahat Nation & Steelhead signed Mutual Benefits Agreement for a proposed LNG facility on the Malahat waterfront (formerly Bamberton). The facility would process up to 6 million tons annually for up to 30 years.\n\n\n\n2. Steelhead LNG and Huu-ay-aht First Nations are jointly developing the proposed Sarita Bay LNG Project\, about 10 km north of Bamfield on the west coast of Vancouver Island. The proposed Project would take natural gas from northeastern BC and Alberta\, and process it into liquefied natural gas for export to Asia. \n\n\n\nCome and hear about these initiatives and the potential for Vancouver Island and Cowichan.\n\n\n\nSteelhead LNG is a Vancouver-based energy company focused on LNG project development in British Columbia. Steelhead's commercial and technical expertise spans the entire LNG value chain.\n\n\n\nMalahat First Nation\n\n \n\nSarita Bay\, Map\n\nHuu-ay-aht First Nations
