To achieve a balance\, the cellar team dry hopped a blend of Vancouver Island hops - Cascade\, Galena\, and Fuggle to be specific. The fruitiness\, of course\, came from the perfect blend of sharp and bitter cider apples - Hoppy\, fruity\, effervescent\, and refreshing. Stop by the ciderhouse for a taste\, while the kids explore the orchard. The Irish faeries\, the leprechauns\, visit Merridale every year around St. Paddy's Day and hide treasure on the property.
