DESCRIPTION:The Chamber has partnered with MNP\, Community Futures\, Economic Development Cowichan and the Vancouver Island Construction Association for Cowichan Construction Industry Views & Brews. This is a free mixer and an opportunity to connect with Cowichan construction businesses and local governments for conversations about how we can work together to build a better future in Cowichan. This event is a direct outcome of the Construction & Real Estate sector Business Roundtable hosted last which identified a strong desire for improved communication and collaboration between the construction industry and local government.\n\n\n\nFollowing a brief presentation on the roundtable findings\, Rory Kulmala\, CEO of the Vancouver Island Construction Association\, will share best practices and examples of how the industry is working with planners and public sector leaders across the Island.
