Join us for our 2026 Annual General Meeting as we celebrate the milestones of the past year\, welcome new and returning Directors\, and share ideas for the year to come.\n\nOur guest speaker will be Anthony Everett who will attend as CEO and Executive Chair of the 4VI Social Enterprise Group. He will up-date our members on 4VI organization's evolution and how they harness the power of the tourism industry to support communities and people on Vancouver Island.\n\n \n\nWhat to Expect\n\nEnjoy a delicious appetizer buffet.\n\n\n\nMembers in good standing will elect or acclaim the 2026-2027 Board of Directors. Please ensure your membership is current to participate in voting.\n\nWe're also collecting non-food donations and cash for the Toys\, Toiletries & Toques initiative\, a simple way to bring comfort and care to local families this holiday season.\n\nTickets\n\n$35 | Members and their guests\n\nAdvance registration and prepayment are required.\n\nTo ensure a smooth experience for everyone\, please note our ticket policy:\n\n\n Prepayment Required: All tickets need to be paid for in advance.\n Cancellation Policy: No refunds available for this event\, however should you have to cancel we can offer you a credit that you can use for any future event.\n Non-Refundable: No refunds or credits if cancellation is less than 48 hours to the event.\n\n\nThank you for understanding and helping us plan better!
