We are located in the heart of the Cowichan Valley providing service and support to the BC Wine Industry’s newest and distinct sub-GI wine grape growing region.

Wine:
Malic Acid, VA, Glucose/Fructose, Free/Total SO2, Alcohol %Vol., Pre-Bottling Packages and BC VQA Certification Package

Other:
Heat and Cold Stability Testing, Dissolved O2/CO2 and additional tests on request.
