The Old Firehouse is a comfortable little wine + cocktail bar on Downtown Duncan's City Square, opened in March 2012 by the Downie family.

We offer an extensive collection of wines, cocktails, whiskies, beers and spirits, with a wide variety of local and international choices. Jeff's cocktail menu & daily creations are crafted with an unrivaled attention to detail. By using fresh fruits and herbs, plus an extensive assortment of bitters and spirits, we aim to elevate ordinary drinks into the extraordinary!

But, of course, you should also stop by for the food! Our menu evolves with every season. Keeping the menu fresh and exciting also allows Chef Ian Blom to consistently use local ingredients first, fresh from the Cowichan Valley's local farms and markets. With offerings like house-cured meats, roast duck breast, crispy goat cheese, homemade donuts, etc, the menu is sure to tempt you somewhere!
