    Key Responsibilities

    Customer Service & Sales
    • Serve customers directly at the storefront
    • Explain and demonstrate Simply Pure’s product offerings
    • Reverse osmosis water/outside filling station
    • Dry ice
    • Bulk and small bags as well as block ice
    • Conduct sales pitches and maximize transaction values
    • Manage customer interactions and ensure exceptional service
    1. Operational Management
    • Oversee daily store operations
    • Manage and schedule staff
    • Maintain storage areas are neat and tidy
    • Receive and organize product inventory
    • Ensure proper storage and distribution of materials
     
    Marketing and Community Engagement
    • Develop and implement local marketing strategies, store specific
    • Reach out to local businesses and share our quality products (bars & restaurants, event planning companies, wedding planners, large-scale event organizers)
    • Promote SP comprehensive service offerings:
    • Delivery service
    • On-site cold storage solutions (refrigerated merchandisers and non-electrical totes)
     
    1. Administrative & Financial Responsibilities
    • Prepare daily sales recaps
    • Communicate with accounting department and other stores
    • Assist with managing commissioned work (signage-printing etc)
    • Maintain approved contractor list/purchasing of office supplies as needed
    • Maintain regular vehicle checks with each driver daily and weekly
    • Coordinate maintenance repairs for: RO/outside unit/store facilities
    • Ensure all phone calls/messages are answered promptly and relayed to the proper person and that includes daily monitoring of the email, and relaying any information pertinent to other stores
     
    1. Facility Maintenance
    • Maintain parking lot cleanliness
    • Manage exterior and interior signage
    • Coordinate with contractors for repairs and renovations
     
    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
    • Proven management experience, preferably in retail or service industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize
    • Technical proficiency
    • Sales and marketing background
    • Understanding of inventory management
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Commitment to customer service excellence
    • Familiarity with small business operations
    • Team leadership and staff development capabilities
    • Access to public transportation or a car, as this position is flexible
    • Starting Wage: $21.50/hour with possible increase after 3 month probationary period
