We will start with intention setting, how to formulate an intention and work with it in life and on the mat. Then we will have a gentle yin/restorative practice to open the channels of the physical body. Next I will lead you through a chakra mediation/visualization to cultivate deeper personal integration. Finally we will finish with a yoga nidra guided relaxation/meditation/self hypnosis. All levels of experience welcome and encouraged. Great for those recovering from physical/mental/emotional injury or trauma and/or health concerns. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 pillows, blanket, towel, water bottle, notebook and pen.
