
Welcome the New Year with Wellness! Join us Wednesday January 14, 2026 from 12noon-1:00pm for a Chair Yoga experience with Chamber Gal Sandy. Chair Yoga offers significant physical and mental health benefits, including improved strength, flexibility, balance, and reduced stress. You will take away simple postures that you can do while you are at work, the office, or simply in need of a "re-set". Attend dressed as you are - no fancy spandex required :)
