Vancouver Island Real Estate Board | Speaker Series Luncheon April 29, 2026

The Chamber is delighted to welcome Jason Yochim, Executive Officer, Vancouver Island Real Estate Board as the presenter for our April Speaker Series Luncheon. Jason last spoke to us in June 2022, and we know how much the island real estate market has changed since then. 

Jason will speak to the state of the housing market on Vancouver Island, including inventory, buyer demand, and recent policy announcements and how these will affect the housing market.

This Luncheon event will be held at the Best Western Cowichan Valley Inn CVI Banquet Room.
