Tour: Forever Fit, Resthouse Sleep Solutions, Coffee on the Moon July 22/15

The tour starts at Resthouse Sleep Solutions at 10 am. We'll see  their extensive selection of carefully crafted, organic mattresses, pillows and linens. Chris Manley & Dawn Howlett will demonstrate how a mattress can be perfectly individualized and created just for you. Resthouse Sleep Solutions carries mattresses and bedding made from the finest organic, fair trade, biodegradable materials. All are fully certified by the industry's highest regulating organizations. At Forever Fit, Nancy will give us a tour of her neighbourhood fitness studio and equipment, demonstrate the value of a personalized posture analysis and we'll even do a sample workout! Wear your comfortable clothes. Please bring inside shoes or bare feet. Nancy McNeil inspires you to have fun with fitness activities that fit into your lifestyle. Sessions take place in the Forever Fit gym, and at recreation locations around the Cowichan Valley.  Hiking trails, parks and playgrounds. Sessions are fun, informative, and there's something for every fitness level.  Nancy is  certified through the British Columbia Recreation & Parks Association. She holds certifications in Gymstick, Bootcamp, TRX, Bosu, Pilate Fitness and Posture Analysis.

Then we'll enjoy lunch at Coffee on the Moon. Lee-Ann is giving us a generous 20% discount for today's Chamber on Tour!
