The Cowichan Valley WILL Ride
Your choice of a 45km, 90km, or 160km (classic century) timed road ride through the exquisite Cowichan Valley.

Location
The Route begins at Charles Hoey Park in charming Downtown Duncan, directly across from Cycle Therapy Bikes and the Duncan Garage and Bakery. All routes will end at the Red Arrow Brewing Company where a post-ride BBQ will be provided by Just Jakes! Every participant and volunteer will be provided with tickets for the BBQ (Hamburger or Chicken Burger or Vege Burger and two salads) and a glass of Red Arrow beer! The BBQ will run from noon - 4:00 pm.
