Joseph Boutilier is the co-founder and Creative Director of Empress Avenue Media. He’s previously worked as a social media game designer, a communications officer in federal politics, and a camera operator in the local television industry. He’s an honours graduate of the Digital Design program at the Vancouver Film School.
Ashlee Allan is currently the Social Media Coordinator at Empress Avenue Media, following a successful freelance career. She holds diplomas in Digital Marketing & Strategy, UI Design and Entertainment Management. Before working as a freelance designer across Vancouver Island, Ashlee worked in the UK at the prestigious Marks Design Collective.
Founded in 2018, Empress Avenue Media is a creative collective of 10 designers, coders, writers and filmmakers, building fresh, cohesive digital brands for clients across the Island. They offer web and app development, logo design and branding, professional photography, videography and social media management from their studio in Cobble Hill.
