TRAINING OVERVIEW
To effectively lead yourself and your business, you need to be clear on who you are and what your core values are. What matters to you? Your values are your filter to identify and choose what fits for you in business and life. If you were to identify your top three to five core values, what would they be?

In this workshop, gain an understanding of values and how they connect to behaviours and beliefs. Explore connecting to your own system of values, and learn how to have powerful values based conversations. This increases commitment, motivation and enables you to more effectively handle objections, resolve conflict and make decisions.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Business owners, employees, managers & supervisors interested in gaining practical, results-oriented tools and techniques to assist them in effectively identifying their core values and resolving situations of conflict.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

-Learn the definition of values.

-Learn about the 3 brains & connection of values to the limbic brain learning ways in which to handle objections and resolve conflict.

-Begin to identify your own core values and their connection to your behaviour and beliefs.

-Learn to initiate values based conversations.
