Location: Cowichan Sportsplex Check-in Time: 10:00AM Start Time: 11:00AM Route Length(s): 3k and 5k Join us for the 17th annual Duncan Scotiabank MS Walk and help make 2016 the most successful year yet! At the start/finish area participants can enjoy a pre-walk java and goodie, a fabulous lunch, music, inspirational words and the great company of other dedicated walkers. The route and Cowichan Sportsplex are accessible to wheelchairs, scooters and strollers. The three route options meander through quiet residential streets. Included on route is a lively water stop with refreshments and washroom access. Increase your fun by bringing along friends, doggies, family or coworkers as part of your team.
