Once Upon an Irish Time: The Art of Will Millar

The mood is set. It’s the first evening of our Enchanted Courtyard Light Up at the farm and it’s time to celebrate. To kick off our festive season and start the holidays right, we’re being joined by Will Millar, formerly of the Irish Rovers, who will be sharing his art, humour and music with the guests of Merridale on November 25th. Before the reception, stroll the grounds of Merridale for the 3rd annual Merridale Light Up. Venture outside into the courtyard to enjoy twinkling lights, festive music and holiday favourites before joining us inside the farmhouse at 6:30 for "Once Upon an Irish Time." The reception begins with an exhibit of Will Millar’s art. Browse the walls of art in the farmhouse while enjoying appetizers and libations with our special guest. Popular in Ireland and around the country, Will’s art is now travelling to be displayed at Merridale and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Will’s inspiration comes from old songs, stories and memories from his early days in Ireland. The evening entertainment continues on the back deck – grab a blanket and a complimentary mug of mulled cider before finding a seat on our heated outdoor patio. Will’s music and storytelling is colourful, vivid and warming to the heart.
