Musical Feast at Blue Grouse Winery

Some experiences in life are magical. This is an event in the wine country of Vancouver Island that will transport you to another place and time. The idea started over a meal. What if we could create an experience that fused the worlds of exceptional music, food and beverages. We have the skills of a renown pianist, composer and producer – Misha Piatigorsky (www.misha.nyc) and the culinary talents of two renowned chefs Bill Jones (www.deerholme.com) and Peter Zambri (www.zambris.ca). We have created an event that celebrates the creativity and pleasure of life, music that matches a program of food and beverages. An elegant evening and an exceptional experience that will create memories and pleasure for a lifetime. A long table celebration, where you will sit in communal settings and eat to your hearts content from family style platters of the finest local meats, seafood and vegetables. We will harness the power of cooking over fire to create foods that are memorable and packed with exciting and fresh flavours. The evening will also be used to showcase the brilliant wines of the property. Award winning bottles that reflect the terroir of the Pacific Northwest.
