Trans Mountain Expansion Project with Mike Davies of Kinder Morgan

Kinder Morgan Canada has an application pending with the National Energy Board to roughly treble the amount of oil carried by the Trans Mountain Pipeline and increase tanker traffic out of the company's Westridge marine terminal. Kinder Morgan has undertaken expansive public consultation including workshops, consultations, face-to-face meetings, and online engagement.  Based on this consultation, the company has identified public interest in enhanced marine safety measures beyond the current regime. Mike Davies is the Senior Director, Marine Development  for the Trans Mountain Expansion Project.
