There is a heart attack every 12 minutes in Canada and Automated External Defibrillators for resuscitation are becoming more common in the workplace. Do you know how to save a life? Adrian Clark of St. John Ambulance Cowichan will demonstrate how to determine if defibrillators should be used, and how to safely apply them.
Lunch 'n Learns are casual, bring-your-own lunch sessions that are free to members and $5 for non-members.
