The Cowichan Intercultural has provided wrap-around settlement services for immigrants & refugees for 37 years. As part of a 5-year review cycle, we are responding to the federal government's Call for Proposals (CFP) to continue to serve our region. We've benefited from support from volunteers, organizations, gov't & business and would like to consult with you as we plan for the next five years.
