The first 90 days of employment is an opportunity for the new employee and employer to determine if they are a fit within the organization. Learn how to maximize the probationary period effectively in order to address potential; challenges early on.

- Recognize how to plan new hire training and manage performance

- Understand how to involve key employees in the performance review process.

- Understand how to identify & engage performance issues early on.

- Recognize how to determine if an employee is a “good fit” for the position.
