Organizational change and transition have become the norm in many of today’s organizations whether due to business growth, decline or downsizing. Learn how to prepare and lead employees through the transition process and implement changes in a way that generates buy-in and support. This workshop will also give participants an understanding of how change is implemented and some tools for managing employee’s reactions to change.

- Understand and recognize individual motivators for change
- identify strategies to communicate and implement change in a way that addresses resistance and taps into motivators
