Most of us know that a strong purpose is key to a happy, fulfilling life.  But few of us can apply the concept to create energized, aligned, high-performing organizations.  Creating a purpose-driven brand yields a purpose-driven organizations.  The process starts by engaging people in creating a clear message of shared purpose that permeates into the culture and gets everyone moving the same direction.  This forms the basis of a blueprint for a strong brand and a thriving organization that attracts and keeps the right people - employees, customers, members and volunteers - for all the right reasons.
