	Kevin Rodger: Kevin is the Business Development Analyst at Community Futures Cowichan. For the past 7 years he has assisted 100's of small businesses with financing and counselling. Kevin has a background in small business start-ups, sales, marketing and operations management.
	Raf Korkowski: Raf has been the Loans Analyst for Community Futures Cowichan since 2010. He graduated from the University of Manitoba School of Business with a major in Finance. Before joining Community Futures, Raf was a consumer lender at Coastal Community Credit Union and a commercial account manager with the Forest and Marine Financial Group.
