Understand how Employee Assistance Programs can increase productivity and promote employee loyalty and retention.

Participants will learn the objectives of Employee Assistance Programs at the workplace, what elements and services they consists of, how they can be integrated into the workplace culture and the relationship between a successful program and productivity, employee loyalty and retention.

Learning Outcomes:

- Understand the rationale for Employee Assistance Programs

- Identify the objectives of a program

- Become aware of the relationship between mental health issues and productivity

- Identify the key components of a program

- Learn how a program can be implemented at the worksite and integrated into workplace culture

- Compare the differences between workplaces without a program and those with a program.
