Please join us for a very special Dine Cowichan Launch Event hosted by the Farm Table at Providence Farm, Vancouver Island University's highly reputed culinary school. Exclusively for Chamber Members and their guests, the evening will feature a 5-Course Tasting Menu that will take diners on a flavour-filled journey.
The event will begin at 5:30 pm with passed canapes and a chance to mix and mingle. At 6:00 pm we'll continue with an appetizer, followed by a soup course. Next up is a fish entree then a meat entree (both tasting size). The journey will finish with dessert.
Seating is limited to 25 people and advance registration is required, so book your tickets today!
Tickets are $30 per person and are non-refundable. There will be a cash bar featuring local wines and craft beer, a selection of non-alcoholic beverages and tea and coffee. Guest are responsible for their own beverages and gratuities gladly accepted on the night.
