About Brittany Marwick: Brittany is a Job Developer for the Cowichan Valley WorkBC Centre. After completing her degree, she went on to get her BC Career Development Practitioners designation. Brittany has worked in Employment Services for over 3 years and has been providing successful placements across Vancouver Island. She helps connect employers and jobseekers and assists individuals who experience barriers to employment by helping identify their strengths and overcome obstacles to secure sustainable employment in an inclusive workplace.
