Crab Fest

As part of the Savour Cowichan celebrations this year, the Cowichan Bay Maritime Centre is pleased to invite you to join us for our first-ever October Crab Fest! If you're a crab-lover, start the fall season off right and come on down to our pier at the Centre to start eating your fill at 6:00 pm on October 2. Sponsored by the Cowichan Wooden Boat Society, this family-friendly event will have plenty of fresh local, delicious, quality crab paired with full-flavoured local beer for you to indulge in and wonderful entertainment for you to experience. We will also be holding a silent auction featuring a wide array of exciting items? start your Christmas shopping extra early this year! As the Cowichan Bay Maritime Centre is owned and operated by the non-profit Cowichan Wooden Boat Society, the community's involvement with fundraisers such as this is greatly appreciated. It helps the Society to actively work to preserve, instruct and develop the skills of wooden boat building and related arts.
