Annual General Meeting 2021 | Duncan Cowichan Chamber
Join us for the Annual General Meeting of the Duncan Cowichan Chamber of Commerce. We will review the past year, and look forward to goals for 2022. Traditionally we have held this as an evening event. However, due to current networking restrictions and the success of our most recent luncheon event, we have decided to hold this year's AGM as a luncheon event.11:30 arrival and networking, AGM starts promptly at noon. This year's AGM will feature Special Guest Speaker Arlene Rolston, Director and Island Representative on the BC Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors. Arlene will join us by Zoom due to the workload of dealing with supply chain issues in her capacity as Corporate Secretary, Port of Nanaimo.Members in good standing will elect or acclaim new and returning Directors. Please note, Membership Investments must be paid (up to date) to vote at the AGM. While we welcome multiple representatives from your business or organization, there is a single vote per member organization. Due to this, we are limiting 5-pack tickets to one redemption per business. Proof of Full Vaccination will be required to attend this event. Registration required by November 16, 2021, to ensure we can provide the caterer ample notice.
Members (and guests of Members) welcome. Lunch is included in the ticket price of $30. You can pay by credit card online or over the phone, advance registration is required. If you have difficulty registering online, please contact us at 250.748.1111 or chamber@duncancc.bc.ca.
