His working career has seen six chapters: Victoria YM-YWCA\; BC Games Society\; St. Michaels University School (where he started his work in philanthropy in 1992 building their advancement office)\; Pacific Sport - Canadian Sport Institute Pacific\; Independent Philanthropic Consultant\, and\; his current role as Director of Advancement at Brentwood College School.
